Types of Life Care Plans

Non-Catastrophic Life Care Plans: Designed for individuals with less severe injuries, such as soft-tissue injuries or impairments that allow continued work but require long-term medical attention.

Catastrophic Life Care Plans: Reserved for individuals with severe, permanent injuries lasting a year or more, such as spinal cord injuries, amputations, traumatic brain injuries, burns, or loss of vision. These plans address lifelong medical and therapeutic needs.

Integration of Employability and Loss of Earnings Evaluations

For clients who were gainfully employed at the time of their injury, we offer opinions of Employability and Wage Earning potential alongside life care plans. We provide attorneys with a unified expert opinion, simplifying the process for trial and ensuring a cohesive presentation of evidence.
